Becoming an ORCA Developer
As an ORCA developer, you’ll join a select group of innovators who are revolutionizing the field of dentistry. Developers have the ability to create unique Service Applications (or “Service Apps”) that benefit the dental community. A Service App consists of any type of service or solution your company offers dentists. Services can range from appointment scheduling to equipment repair to marketing. Once you submit a Service App and it is approved, your service will be featured on the ORCA Marketplace and become available to all ORCA Portal users for purchase.
Signing Up
Click “Sign Up” and complete the registration form to gain access to the ORCA API Platform
When you initially sign up, your account will be in “sandbox mode”, allowing you to explore the API as well as create, test, and submit Service Apps within a controlled, yet functional staging environment
After submitting your first Service App, required certifications, and obtaining approval, your account will switch to “production mode”. Future Service App submissions will not require accompanied certifications and the approval process will be faster.
